Packages begin at $1,350

Services begin 6-8 Weeks Before Your Wedding: Together we’ll review all vendors, details, and desires.

Package Includes:

Access to Cana’s resources, vendor referrals, and professional advice. We’re available via text or email, and phone calls can be scheduled for in-depth discussions.

Pre-wedding visit to the ceremony and reception locations (if booked over 90 days in advance), subject to planner availability.

Creation of all timelines and layouts with your input, and a wedding weekend itinerary for the wedding party and family.

Custom-designed save-the-date, invitations, paper goods, and signage (printing is an additional cost)

4 weeks before your wedding, Cana will handle all vendor communications so you can enjoy the final weeks stress-free.

3 weeks before the wedding, we’ll have a final consultation to finalize details and payments.

Day of Event:

Comprehensive event management and coordination for the ceremony and reception. Includes 10 hours of coordination (additional hours at $100/hour).

A second coordinator to ensure excellent service.

Discount:

$150 discount for weddings within 40 miles of Bryan/College Station.

Discounted access to Cana’s décor rentals and floral designs (10% off)

Additional Services:

Optional décor setup and teardown at an additional cost.
